Did you know life and your body is always responding to your thoughts?

Updated: Sep 26, 2018

So what are you thinking about all day?

It's easy to get caught up in what we are wanting and be in a hurry for whats next in life. Because we will always striving for more.

Its human nature to be always be wanting something new..

something to be going better..

A situation to change..

A problem to be solved..

We can forget to be appreciative of what we have and how far we have already come.

This tends to cause tension, stress and pull us out of the present moment.

So it's very healthy to take a minute to be grateful for what we have right now…

Taking time each day to practice self love and appreciation.

This allows for more of what is going well in your life to keep flowing.

It also allows us to not get caught up in whats not flowing..

It is also beneficial because,

Your body responds to the way you are thinking.

If you could take a minute right now to think of three things you love about your self and you life and just take note of how those thought affect your body.

Does your body feel good when you think thoughts of appreciation?

Then notice how your body feels when you are in a state of worry? Does that feel good? or can you feel the tension in your thoughts bringing tension into your body?

When we are striving for more it is important to remember....

Its ok to want a smaller waist line and still be happy and confident in your body as it is…

And its ok to want to be eating better and still being proud and happy that you are making small positive changes, and knowing that eventually you will get there…

It’s ok to want more from your relationship and still appreciate your partner for exactly who they are now.

Do you think it would improve your health and quality of life if you could just for a moment each day focus on the parts of your body you like and are happy to have?

The parts of your personality that you are proud of?

The parts of your health that are going really well?

The friends that you really enjoy?

The aspects of your job that you like?

As i have said before health and wellbeing is not just about your physical body its also about the way you think and feel.

I challenge you to practice self love and appreciation everyday for 1 week and see how this changes you life for the better.

Until next time,
